The TOD Group designs transit-oriented developments (or TODs). We were able to work with TOD Group on the promotion of their most recent development, Clear Creek Transit Village in Denver, Colorado. This guide outlines the progress already made at Clear Creek and the return on investment if someone were to contribute toward the completion of the project.
